Ask for these items to be listed in your estimate rather than assuming every window service includes the same scope.
White spots near sprinklers may be hard-water deposits rather than loose dust. These can need a separate treatment beyond routine window washing. Let us know which panes are affected and share photos if possible. Cloudiness between panes is a different issue; cleaning the exposed glass cannot repair a failed window seal.
