Ben Bergloff

Ben Bergloff is the founder and owner of Epic Exterior Services, a locally-owned company proudly serving the Treasure Valley. His entrepreneurial journey began in 2015, when he started cleaning windows at just 15 years old. What began as a side hustle quickly grew into a full-time passion, evolving into the trusted brand that Epic is today—offering top-tier exterior cleaning services for both homes and businesses.
Ben was born and raised in Meridian, Idaho, and graduated from Compass Public Charter School in 2019. After graduation, he moved to Eagle with his parents, where he still lives and enjoys being close to nature. Throughout high school and shortly after, Ben worked at The Home Depot and later joined the IT department at St. Luke’s Hospital. With a strong interest in tech, he originally thought his future was in cybersecurity and IT. But after experiencing the reality of desk life, he realized that wasn’t the right fit. His love for fresh air, hands-on work, and the freedom of entrepreneurship led him to fully commit to growing Epic Exterior Services—and he hasn’t looked back since.
Ben also loves sharing his knowledge and experiences with others. As a social media influencer and respected industry leader, he’s passionate about helping fellow service business owners succeed. He regularly posts tips and tricks on marketing, systems, and strategy, and is known for his honest insights and hands-on advice. Ben also shares his enthusiasm for the tools and software that power his business—everything from the latest window cleaning gear to CRMs that streamline operations and drive growth.
In addition to running his business, Ben leads Epic Tips and Tricks, a coaching program designed to help service-based entrepreneurs build better systems and scale with confidence.
When he’s not working, Ben enjoys spending quality time with his family, paddleboarding, hiking, and going on spontaneous road trips across Idaho.

With a passion for efficiency, systems, and community, Ben created SERVICE 6 SIGMA to not only raise the standard in the service industry but to create a place where anyone can learn, grow, and contribute—regardless of experience level. Under his leadership, the program has become a powerful resource for turning everyday operators into confident business owners and local influencers.
