While I have always been committed to conducting business with integrity, professionalism, and honesty, I recognize that the way I initially expressed my frustration may not have reflected those values as clearly as I would have liked. For that, I sincerely apologize.
My original intention was never to cause unnecessary conflict but rather to bring light to a situation where I felt transparency and professionalism were lacking. I have since revised my review to remove any emotional language while ensuring that the core facts remain clear and truthful. It is important to me that any concerns I raise are communicated in a way that is both professional and constructive.
However, this situation has escalated beyond a single disagreement. Following my review, I was not only banned from Spirit Media’s Facebook groups without explanation, but I was also removed from the Star Chamber of Commerce—a move that I firmly believe was influenced by Spirit Media. It is extremely disheartening to see how personal disputes and influence have been used to silence valid concerns rather than address them professionally.
At the heart of this matter is something much bigger than just one disagreement—it’s about how businesses should treat their customers, how communication should be handled, and how accountability should be upheld. I have always taken pride in running my business with honesty and respect, and I expect the same from those I work with.
To anyone who may have been caught in the middle of this, I deeply regret any negativity this situation may have caused. My goal has never been to create division, but rather to stand up for transparency, ethical business practices, and mutual respect.
